Billing, Payments and Refunds

1. Purchase Options
1.1. Users may purchase services, products, or in-app purchases ("Products") through our website or mobile application.
1.2. Products may be offered as:
- One-time purchases
- Subscription-based purchases with recurring billing
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. All prices are listed in the applicable currency and may be subject to change without prior notice.
2.2. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided for the full amount of the transaction plus any applicable taxes and fees.
2.3. For subscription-based purchases, you authorize recurring periodic charges to your payment method until the subscription is terminated.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
3.1. Not all Products are eligible for cancellation or refund. Eligibility for cancellation will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
3.2. For eligible Products:
- Refund requests must be submitted through our designated support channels
- Approved refunds will be credited within two (2) business days of approval
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
3.3. For purchases made through third-party platforms:
- Purchases made through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other platform partners ("Platform Partners") are subject to the respective Platform Partner's refund policies and procedures
- Refund requests for such purchases must be submitted directly through the applicable Platform Partner
- Processing times and refund eligibility will be determined by the Platform Partner's policies
4. Failed Payments
4.1. For subscription-based Products, if a payment fails, we reserve the right to:
- Retry the payment attempt
- Suspend or terminate access to the Product
- Attempt to collect any outstanding amounts owed
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
5.1. Before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider, we encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing issues.
5.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with excessive chargebacks or fraudulent payment activity.
6. Changes to Billing Terms
6.1. We reserve the right to modify these billing terms at any time. Users will be notified of any material changes to these terms.
6.2. Continued use of our Products after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
